NORMINV Function Explained

The NORMINV function in Microsoft Excel returns the inverse of the normal cumulative distribution for a given mean and standard deviation. It takes three arguments: probability, mean, and standard_dev. It returns the value that corresponds to the given probability in a normal distribution with the given mean and standard deviation.
