IMREAL Function Explained

The IMREAL Function in Microsoft Excel returns the imaginary coefficient of a complex number given as a real and imaginary coefficient. It takes a single argument, which is a complex number in the form of a real coefficient and an imaginary coefficient separated by a comma. The IMREAL Function returns the imaginary coefficient of the complex number.

  • inumber: A complex number in the form of x + yi or x + yj, where x and y are numbers and i or j represents the square root of -1.
