HOUR Function Explained
The HOUR function in Microsoft Excel returns the hour as a number from 0 (12:00 AM) to 23 (11:00 PM) of a specified time. It takes one argument, a time value, and returns an hour value.

- serial_number: The time in Microsoft Excel date-time code. This is a number that represents the date and time in Excel.
