FTEST Function Explained

The FTEST Function in Microsoft Excel is used to calculate the probability associated with the F-test. It returns the probability that the variances in two supplied sets of data are not significantly different. The function takes two arguments: array1 and array2, which are the two sets of data to be compared.

FTEST Function Syntax

FTEST(array1, array2)

  • array1: The first array or range of data.
  • array2: The second array or range of data.
