The DOLLARDE
Function in Microsoft Excel converts a dollar price expressed as a fraction into a dollar price expressed as a decimal. It takes two arguments: the fractional dollar price and the fractional denominator. It returns the dollar price expressed as a decimal.
DOLLARDE Function Syntax
DOLLARDE(Fractional_dollar,Fraction)
- Fractional_dollar: The dollar value in fractional form, such as 4.25.
- Fraction: The fractional denomination of the currency, such as 8 for 8ths, 16 for 16ths, or 32 for 32nds.
