BINOM.INV Function Explained

The BINOM.INV Function in Microsoft Excel returns the smallest value for which the cumulative binomial distribution is greater than or equal to a criterion value. It takes three arguments: probability, number_s, and trials. The probability argument is the criterion value and must be a decimal between 0 and 1. The number_s argument is the number of successes in the trials. The trials argument is the number of independent trials.
