DMAX Function Explained
The DMAX function in Microsoft Excel returns the maximum value from a database column, based on a given criteria. It takes three arguments: database, field, and criteria. - field: The column in the list or database that is used to determine the maximum value.
- criteria: The range of cells that contains the conditions you specify. The cells in the range must be in the same size and shape as the range of cells that makes up the list or database.
